Charlotte Taylor has been instrumental in developing a domestic abuse policy for her company.
As a result of personal experience this Charlotte took the issues she faced in her own life and used them to support and empower colleagues who have been the victims of abuse to break free of those crippling situations.
Charlotte has established key links with related charities and has facilitated the installation of Bright Sky – a support app for anyone suffering in an abusive relationship on all company phone lines.
By implementing clever solutions such as enabling victims to be paid into alternative bank accounts, Charlotte has been able to create an emotional and physical refuge for victims to escape the vice-like grip abusive relationships can cause.
