Trish is a proud single parent who has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. She has spent the last 22 years in Highway Maintenance on the M6 ROM near Lockerbie. 3 months in Zimbabwe with Raleigh International fuelled her passion for social value, which she actively encourages through Sir Robert McAlpine’s volunteering scheme. She is passionate about creating a safe, inclusive, supportive culture in the industry & driving change.
