Macy is an Assistant Engineer working for Milestone Infrastructure on the Oxfordshire Highways contract. She is in the final year of her apprenticeship and is set to complete her degree in summer 2025. In recognition of her dedication and potential, she was named The Highway Heroes Rising Star for 2024. Macy is passionate about promoting the industry through STEM events and is committed to supporting early careers staff and fellow apprentices wherever possible.
