Lizz began her career as a Project Manager in Highways many years ago. Over the years, she has worked with a range of high-profile clients including National Grid, Highways England, HS2, Birmingham City Council, the Highways Agency (as was), Essex County Council, Northampton County Council, and Network Rail.

She has played a key role in multi-billion-pound procurements, including HS2 and National Highways’ Regional Delivery Partnership (RDP). Across all her roles, Lizz has maintained a strong focus on people—particularly well-being and psychological safety—alongside customer experience and driving success in work-winning.

Lizz is motivated by creating collaborative, integrated environments and is passionate about social value, empowering others, and role-modelling positive leadership behaviours.
