Played a key role at Board level in creating and implementing Balfour Beatty Living Places strategy to support our Local Government clients achieve economic growth to fund the delivery of greater community expectations of quality of life.

Prior to joining Balfour Beatty I contributed to the Amey growth over 15 years, determining strategic direction and leading move in to new sectors including local government and transportation securing opportunities in both central and local government, and leading many successful bids including North Lanarkshire Council, Hertfordshire and Cumbria County Councils. Identified and established joint venture relationship with GEO that has led to creation of GeoAmey PECS Ltd.
