With over 25 years of experience within the highways industry, in both public and private sector organisations, Richard takes great personal pride in going the extra mile to ensure that exceptional customer service is created and embedded as standard. Richard sits on the board of trustees at the National Emergency Services Museum, and Victoria Cross Trust. He is a guest speaker for several charities and organisations, and an active personal, and road safety campaigner.
