Rich has been an active supporter of Highways Heroes since they started – not only judging entries each year, but getting on stage to host the awards and welcome the winners on stage. Career wise, Rich has worked at National Highways since 2005, in a variety of roles across Operations, Strategy and Finance departments. An active Mental Health First Aider since 2017, Rich has championed safety and wellbeing initiatives throughout his career, recognising the importance of keeping people safe and well.
