Nicky has worked in the fleet industry for over 25-years at a senior level managing operational fleets for large Infrastructure companies in Central and Local Government, Strategic Highways, Utilities, Waste Management, Rail, Facilities Management and Defence Markets. In more recent years Nicky has been the Commercial Director for SHB Hire Ltd and now Enterprise Flex-E-Rent which includes the management of Acklea the Specialist Traffic Management Division.
